**About the role**

We have exciting opportunities for qualified and experienced Assistants in Nursing who are seeking flexible and fulfilling work with many of our reputable partners across the Private/Public Hospital sectors.

Your tasks will include and not limited to:

- Follow organisation policies and practices at all times
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, oral hygiene, and continence management
- Assist clients with mobility and dressings
- Assist RNs/ENs on duty by updating on the behavioural changes in clients
- Feeding residents with appropriate dietary requirements
- Personal care such as showering, toileting and changing clothes
- Maximising client’s physical functions through exercises
- Ensure that client’s privacy and dignity is maintained at all times
- Engage residents or clients to feel them homely and connected
- Ensure documentation is accurate
- Complete incident report forms when required
- Review and follow individual support and care plans
- Able to work autonomously and in a team
- Any other tasks assigned by the RN/EN from time to time

**About you**
- Cert III in Acute Care
- Full Immunisation History
- Up to date Covid-19 Vaccination (3 doses)
- Current Flu Vaccination
- MMR and Varicella (2 doses)
- dTpa (within last 10 years)
- Hep B
- Tuberculosis
- Valid police clearance less than six months old
- Working with Children Check
- Current manual handling practical certificate
- Current BLS practical certificate
- Working rights in Australia
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport is desirable
