**About the role**

We have exciting opportunities for qualified and experienced Assistants in Nursing to work at Aged Care facilities located in Bunbury.

Your tasks will include and not limited to:

- Follow organisation policies and practices at all times
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, oral hygiene, and continence management
- Assist clients with mobility and dressings
- Assist RNs/ENs on duty by updating on the behavioural changes in clients
- Feeding residents with appropriate dietary requirements
- Personal care such as showering, toileting and changing clothes
- Maximising client’s physical functions through exercises
- Ensure that client’s privacy and dignity is maintained at all times
- Engage residents or clients to feel them homely and connected
- Ensure documentation is accurate
- Complete incident report forms when required
- Review and follow individual support and care plans
- Able to work autonomously and in a team
- Any other tasks assigned by the RN/EN from time to time

**About you**
- Minimum Cert III/IV in aged care, individual support, or ageing
- Minimum of 6 months previous paid experience
- Vaccination records for COVID-19 and current Flu Vaccination
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport is desirable
- National Police Certificate (less than 6 months old)
- Valid NDIS Clearance
- Working with Children Check (mandatory for hospitals)
- Valid Manual Handling Certificate
- Working rights in Australia
