We're seeking a committed individual to join our team for a position that demands the highest level of professionalism and expertise. Your duties will include but not be limited to: - Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures from Family Dentistry to Orthodontics and Implants - Sterilization and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment. - Maintaining a clean and organized work environment. - Dealing with lab jobs and x-rays - Supporting reception staff when needed to ensure an exceptional patient experience **About You**: - Responsible and reliable team player - Certificate 3 dental assisting advantageous but not essential - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental practice - Passionate about customer service - High level of maturity and professionalism - Love working with people - Organised and able to prioritize tasks - "Can do" attitude - Ability to work harmoniously within a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment **Benefits**: - Competitive remuneration based on experience and qualifications - Continuing education opportunities to further your career development - A supportive and collaborative work environment focused on professional growth and excellence We look forward to hearing from you **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week **Benefits**: - Employee discount Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay **Experience**: - Dental assisting: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
