We currently have two opportunities for a **Roving Facility Manager / Village Manager** to join our operational leadership team.
- **North-based**: covering sites and suburbs from Yanchep to Como
- **South-based**: covering sites and suburbs from Hamilton Hill to Dalyellup
Reporting to our Regional Operational Manager, these new roles are an opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of sites and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our great customers.
**About the role**:
As a Roving FM / VM, you will provide support to our aged care homes and retirement villages covering extended annual leave periods, assisting the onboarding of new managers, supporting with compliance and operational improvements.
You will be required to:
- Effectively communicate with our customers
- Support and enable the team to deliver the best possible experience for our customers
- Oversee financial management
- Maintain a positive work culture and safe work environment
- Meet clinical and non clinical outcomes
- Comply with policies and procedures
- Act on Customer feedback
You may be required to travel and at times spend time away from home, especially travelling to our South-West or Port Kennedy areas. As a Relief Facility Manager / Village Manager, you will also be expected to be on call to take emergency calls after hours and at weekends.

**About you**:
You have experience leading and managing multiple, diverse teams. You have an established understanding of the statutory, legal and contractual obligations of the aged care sector and above all - you’re passionate about positively changing the way Australians experience ageing. You will ideally bring:
- Health professional and/or business qualification viewed favourably
- Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to a range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise conflicting workload demands
- Proven ability to support teams through change and collaboratively lead teams to achieve positive outcomes
- Understand on-the-job financials, people management, business operations / planning, and the impacts of clinical outcomes
