As **Assistant Venue Manager**, you'll play a key leadership role in delivering a great customer experience, driving team performance, and keeping the venue running smoothly from open to close. **What you’ll be doing**:

- Leading by example to deliver standout customer experiences
- Maintaining high standards of venue cleanliness and operational efficiency
- Managing inventory and stock levels
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
- Hiring, training and developing a high-performing team
- Driving key KPIs including labour and cost of goods
- Supporting the Venue Manager with P&L management and operational goals

**Who you are**:

- An experienced leader in hospitality or retail (QSR experience is a bonus)
- A strong communicator and natural motivator
