Regional Manager

Due to growth within the Home Care Team, ACH Group is seeking an exceptional leader to join the organisation as Regional Manager - Community.

You will be central to leading the Customer Care - Community Team in the onboarding of customers and the provision of quality services that meet customer requirements, needs, and preferences.

**What you'll do**:

- Provide leadership to the Customer Care - Community Team to meet strategic and operational goals
- Support customer allocation and appropriate team workloads
- Monitor team KPIs and performance
- Drive continuous improvement and overall program service delivery
- Optimise processes, provide training to deliver services underpinned by 'Good Lives'
- Foster a customer solution culture within the team
- Contribute to the financial and strategic performance of the team
- Review customer feedback and undertake complaint resolution
- Seek opportunities to enhance systems, processes and operations
- Monitor and contribute to the budgets / financial performance
- Review and development of customer product suite

**About you**
- Degree qualifications in Allied Health, Nursing, Human Services or Cert IV in Community or Leadership and Management
- Demonstrated experience in a commercial leadership role
- Ability to lead large teams
- Proven ability to manage commercially viable / sustainable operations or programs
- Outstanding communications skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Ability to manage and triage customer risk
- Complex problem solving skills and interpersonal skills
- Organisational and time management skills
- A driver's license
- Up to date vaccinations, as per Australian Government Guidelines and ACH Group procedures, including but not limited to Influenza and COVID19
- A satisfactory police clearance for working unsupervised with vulnerable groups less than 12 months old before commencement
