Lifestyle & Wellbeing Coordinator role based in Ballarat, where variety is a part of your everyday

I am currently partnered with one of our local government clients who are seeking an Administrator and for an upcoming ongoing casual assignment, with the potential to expand across additional teams.

**Your new role**

**Through the introduction of activities, programs and hands-on support of residents, the primary focus of this role is the creation of a vibrant, inviting and active village with a strong sense of community that is inclusive, supportive and allows the residents to live their life to the fullest and the village to reach its full potential.**

Other key focusses are the support of residents and their lifestyle and wellbeing needs by planning, organising and implementing a range of programs and services that will support the residents' emotional and physical wellbeing. The LWBC will also provide care support and guide them through and/or connect them to services as required.

The position will also support management, perform reception and administration duties required. The LWBC is responsible for prompt response to all village emergency calls and to provide emergency assistance as required.
