Job summary
The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Marketplace team is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Enablement Program Manager to join our dynamic, fast-growing team in Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ). AWS Marketplace is transforming the way customers find, buy, deploy and govern software, data and services in the cloud. We are on a mission to bring Amazon’s e-commerce expertise to cloud software and fundamentally change how software is discovered, purchased, and deployed by AWS customers. APJ Enablement Program Manager - AWS Marketplace is a key role supporting the Marketplace and Control Services (MCS) business across APJ. The role will design, own and implement enablement programs for partner sellers, buyers and the AWS Field across APJ to help improve customer experience. Responsibilities include bringing together globally designed assets/programs for each persona, benchmarking best practices across region, establishing a localization model, designing custom programs for implementation across APJ. This will also include day-to-day operations, devising metrics to measure and track initiative performance, delivering internal and external facing training where needed etc.

Key job responsibilities
- Define, develop and execute strategic, programmatic and scalable learning initiatives across personas - partner sellers, buyers, AWS Field and across all regions in APJ
- Ensure global assets and programs are fit-for-use and provide thought leadership for what is relevant to APJ
- Embed Marketplace into the AWS Field Sales onboarding and enablement journey.
- Measure business impact and drive continuous improvement. Design, implement, and report on metrics to measure impact, effectiveness, appropriateness and utility.
- Establish and own the review and prioritization process for localization of content/
- Design and deliver training to internal and external stakeholders
- Fluency in additional Asian languages
- Experience working within a high-growth technology company
