The Team Leader is an integral role within our Service and Selling team, supporting our Customer Service Managers to optimise customer in-store experiences. Team Leaders coach, develop and engage with their team, share sales knowledge and lead by example providing outstanding customer service to achieve sales targets.
- Team Leader at Myer Pacific Fair
- Part-time: 30 hours per week
- Leading the service and selling team within Men & Women's Youth/Denim

**Your Background**:

- People leadership / supervisory experience within a retail environment
- Retail sales experience with proven customer service and selling skills
- Strong work ethic
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management, prioritisation and problem solving skills
- Passion for customer service and a love of retail

To be considered for this position you will need to be available to work across our key store trading hours, including weekends and peak trading times.
