About the role
As our Learning & Development Administrator, you’ll manage L&D administration, coordinate training programs, and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS). Reporting to the L&D Manager, you will keep accurate training records, support onboarding, and act as the primary contact for employees and managers across the college, ensuring a seamless learning experience and fostering a culture of continuous development.
**As our Learning & Development Administrator, you'll also**:
Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including enrolments, reporting, and content management.
Coordinate training programs, ensuring smooth scheduling, communication, and participant support.
Be the first point of contact for all onboarding enquiries, while guiding new employees, managers, and executives through the process.
Manage the L&D inbox, responding to enquiries and providing timely administrative support.
Skills & Experience
Experience administering a LMS and managing training records.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills to engage with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting L&D initiatives and process improvements.
