**About the Role**
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, confident and vibrant
**Asset Controller**. This is a fulltime position, working with our Corporate Team based in our head office in
**Ingleburn**.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities Include**:

- Embody the ‘Yes We Can’ ethos in all aspects of the role and responsibilities
- Adapt, promote and encourage a Safety First approach
- Ensure cylinders at risk are collected urgently.
- Resolve cylinder issues at Customers.
- Maximise cylinder utilisation by cylinder type at each customer and overall.
- Stock take cylinders at customers as required.
- Support the sales team to grow sales in all markets.
- At all times to represent Supagas in a positive and professional manner, recognising the key role you have as primary contact between the customers and Supagas.
- Collect cylinders urgently where Customer is moving, lost Customer, financial difficulties, stop supply - i.e. cylinders at risk (within 48 hours).
- Follow up all cylinder queries, whether from Customers or from Supagas staff until resolved.
- Assist Administration Team to collect debts where appropriate.
- Assist with cylinder deliveries and pickups as and when required.
- Conduct on-site Audit / Counts at Customers and follow-through to resolution of any issues.
- Resolve cylinder discrepancies by checking old and current records and balancing with the manifests.
- Report any findings of discrepancies with Customer cylinder holdings for resolution to the Credit Manager.
- Manage Foreign Cylinders and organise for Supagas cylinders to be delivered to us or collect from competitor’s yard at regular intervals.
- Analyse 15kg cylinder turns and improve turns by reducing cylinder counts at those Customers with poor turns.
- To refer to Manager, all accounts that have poor utilisation of our assets, suspect pricing or rentals.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Proven organising skills with a strong sense of detail.
- General understanding of gases and how cylinder rental works.
- Must be methodical and persistent in how they approach issues or problems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to listen and reason.
- Must have developed decision making skills as well as possess a high degree of problem solving ability.
- Must have the drive to achieve and the ability to persuade and influence others.
