We are seeking a results-driven project partner with a passion for social inclusion and technology. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects that contribute to WorkVentures' product and service delivery, operational efficiency and financial sustainability.

The role supports the Director, Technology Solutions & Social Impact to plan, deliver and track a variety of projects covering three teams - IT production, digital coaching, and cyber security. Leveraging your strong organisation skills and drive to ‘get things done’, this is an opportunity to have a genuine impact on a business unit which is currently experiencing high levels of growth and change.

An indication of the types of activities and projects include:

- Coordinating projects and project delivery.
- Preparing project documentation, timelines and reports.
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Trouble shooting and problem solving - supporting technical and operational teams to resolve their project bottlenecks, and raise project slippage and risks to project sponsors.
- Coordinating and communicating with external stakeholders including customers, vendors and partners to keep them informed.
- Working with the Director, Technology Solutions & Social Impact and team leaders to ensure the delivery of customer orders through resourcing and inventory management.
- Coordinating training workshops, events, planning meetings and keeping meeting minutes and action items.

The ideal person is highly organised and thrives on multi-tasking and getting things done. They have superior interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and build strong relationships based on trust and respect.

You are able to demonstrate strong problem solving skills and experience in project coordination, documentation and governance.

Overall you must demonstrate a genuine passion for social inclusion and technology.
