About the M1 South - Blackhill to Tomago Project

A collaborative venture between John Holland and Gamuda Australia has been selected by Transport for NSW to deliver the M1 Pacific Motorway extension to Raymond Terrace Southern Package.

Job Overview:

The Senior People Advisor will partner with construction leaders to provide operational HR support to over 300 project-based employees. They will manage a HR Coordinator and collaborate closely with project teams to ensure people management practices are aligned with legislative requirements, enterprise agreements, and company policies.

  • Lead employee relations (ER) processes
  • Support the development and rollout of demobilisation activities across the project
  • Provide expert support and advice to leaders and employees on all workplace relations matters
  • Recommend and support the implementation of HR strategies in collaboration with the People Manager
