Brumby's Bakery has position available for qualified baker to join their team in Minerva Road. Become part of a growing friendly team working with modern working conditions.

At Brumby's they take pride in moulding the perfect creation born from simple ingredients. The bakers will have the opportunity to be creative and design new products based on market trends.

**The Role As a Baker you will need to possess the following**:

- Preparation of pastry and fillings
- Dough mixing
- Kneading, hand moulding and scaling dough
- Monitoring and adjusting oven temperatures determine baking times
- Inspecting quality of products throughout production process.
- Ensuring wastage is minimised and budget of supplies and materials are adhered.
- A work ethic with a focus on continual self-improvement
- Creative drive and a genuine interest in food history and trends

**Successful applicants must have the following**:

- Relevant qualification
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
- Proactive, energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industry
- Willingness to constantly learn and be inspired
- Possess effective communication skills

Pay: $66,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
