Our current product is a global, online marketplace for superyachts which connects our customers to over 4,000 vessels around the world (think ‘Airbnb for superyachts’).

Founded in 2018, Ahoy Club has successfully disrupted how the yacht charter industry does business by leveraging technology and delivering exceptional customer service.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the business at a critical time of growth as we grow our tech to be the #1 consumer platform for chartering yachts anywhere in the world.

**Key roles & responsibilities**
- Assist the guest experience managers with charter preparation activity including itinerary planning, restaurant bookings and transfers
- Prepare merchandise packs and greet guests at various wharfs
- Able to work autonomously with lower budget charters under the guidance of the guest experience managers
- Go the extra mile to “wow” customers by developing a personal, emotional connection with customers
- Educate and assist Ahoy Club members on our new tech platform and bookings engine
- Maintain excellent customer survey results and repeat business
- Identify and solve customer issues, follow up to ensure resolution and propose next-level process improvements

**What we’re looking for**
- Ability to juggle competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - must have a fantastic phone manner
- Attention to detail, you love to learn about people and create experiences for them
- Relationship management - people want to work with you again and again
- Experience using HubSpot or other CRM tools a plus
- Able to work weekends/be on call
- A passion for the yachting industry or excitement to learn more
- Ability to follow processes and workflows with excellent organization skills.
- Previous sales / upselling skills
- Ideally you will have your own car as travel between the office and wharfs will be regularly required
