- **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**_
- Collaborate with clients to foster credibility and build lasting relationships. Gaining insight into their staffing needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the 360* recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and placement.
- Guide clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices process.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical recruitment practices.
- Meet recruitment targets and KPIs, including time-to-fill, client satisfaction, and conversion rates.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and continuously improve recruiting strategies.
- **ROLE REQUIREMENTS**_
**Experience**
- Proven experience in agency recruitment or a management consultancy environment.
- Established and persuasive negotiation know-how and adept influencing skills.
**Skills and Competencies**
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards.
- Efficient organisational skills, with the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A results-oriented approach with a focus on meeting KPIs and client satisfaction.
Pay: $80,000.00 per year
