**The Opportunity**

Ellby Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Support professional to join our team. Based in our vibrant Brisbane office in Kedron, this full-time role will provide crucial administrative and sales support to our Sales Director and Customer Success Managers, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

**What you'll be doing**
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records and data in our CRM system
- Coordinating with the Sales Director to schedule appointments and follow up on leads
- Providing administrative support, such as managing calendars, arranging travel, and organising team meetings
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall sales process
- Provide marketing content, coordination, management of marketing tools and assist with promotional activities

**What we're looking for**
- Proven experience in a sales support or client services role in a technology-driven sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office productivity tools
- A customer-centric mindset and a passion for providing exceptional service
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
