RAA Insurance has an amazing opportunity for a driven, engaging, relationship manager to join a leading iconic Insurance brand in SA, and its continued growth in the SA market.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Motor Assessing and Repair, your role will be to effectively manage commercial relationships with the motor claims repair network to ensure cost effective, high quality and efficient delivery of all significant relationships. This role will see you manage the daily operations of the RAA Approved Crash Repairer network ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our members while managing risk and preservation of the RAA brand You will identify and implement opportunities to leverage technology, supplier capabilities and developments to deliver and maintain market leading experiences for our members.

Additionally, this pivotal role will see you:

- Ensure consistent, fair and transparent performance management of contracted suppliers in line with RAA’s supply chain governance and quality management framework.
- Ensure regulatory Changes within the motor Claims network are discussed, and work with peers to effectively deliver on compliance regulatory requirements.
- Drive a business improvement culture to deliver efficiencies, add value, improve member service and reduce expenses.
- Maintain the industry positioning and promotion of the RAA Approved Repairer Brand to ensure that brand alignment is maintained throughout the crash repair network.

- High level negotiation, influencing, and relationship building skills and commercial acumen
- Ability to provide effective change leadership, performance management and coaching
- Excellent industry knowledge and ability to adapt in challenging environments
- Demonstrated experience in managing strategic partnerships to deliver balanced outcomes
- A strong understanding of legal and contractual frameworks
- A sound understanding of the regulatory environment and obligations within the Insurance supply chain is desirable
