**Position Available**:We are expanding and seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team and help us continue providing exceptional service to our clients

**Responsibilities**:
ž Overseeing day-to-day retail operations of the massage services, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

ž Managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

ž Leading and training retail staff to ensure exceptional service standards and product knowledge.

ž Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as necessary to maintain a well-stocked environment.

ž Developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.

ž Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized retail environment.

ž Implementing promotions, loyalty programs, and other strategies to attract and retain clients.

ž Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

ž Collaborating with management to develop new marketing initiatives and improve overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications:
ž At least hold a bachelor’s degree in management including (marketing, management, human resources or etc).

ž A master degree in the related field is preferable.

Other requirement:
ž Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a health and wellness or therapeutic environment.

ž Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

ž Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset.

ž Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

ž Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

ž Experience with sales and inventory management is a plus.

ž Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
