Support Coordinator - Subcontractor (NDIS)

Location: Melbourne, VIC

Type: Subcontractor (ABN required)

Melbourne Genuine Care (MGC, VIC) is a registered NDIS provider delivering person-centered, culturally safe, and quality services. We are looking for a dedicated Support Coordinator to subcontract with us and join our mission of empowering people with disability to live independently and reach their goals.

About the Role

As a subcontractor Support Coordinator, you will enjoy the freedom of managing your own work load while having full access to our NDIS compliant systems, policies, procedures and templates. This ensures you can work confidently and efficiently, knowing all documentation and frameworks are already in place.

Responsibilities include:

- Supporting participants to understand and use their NDIS plans.
- Linking participants with mainstream, community, and specialist supports.
- Building capacity for participants to exercise choice and control
- Coordinating supports, managing service agreements, and monitoring outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate notes and records in line with NDIS standards.

About You
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in NDIS Support Coordination or related sector.
- Sound knowledge of NDIS processes, compliance, and support pathways.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a client-first approach.
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage your own caseload.
- ABN and professional indemnity insurance required.
- Relevant qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Disability, or Community Services is highly regarded.
