Ballarat Community Health is a not-for-profit community health organisation that's been creating healthy communities through the provision of accessible, affordable and quality health and wellbeing services for over 45 years.

We deliver a range of primary health, social care and community-based support to meet local community needs. We have approximately 300 staff, with seven (7) locations across Ballarat and the Western Region.

**About the role**

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Proven experience in office administration, with strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage sensitively and professionally with diverse stakeholders
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyse issues and develop creative, practical solutions
- A customer-focused approach, committed to providing high-quality service to colleagues, clients, and community members
- Knowledge or experience in event coordination or the community care sector (aged care or disability services) is advantageous
