**Director of Catering Services - Corporate Excellence**

We are looking for an experienced catering professional with a strong background in developing diverse, high-quality catering solutions to step into the role of Director of Catering Services. This position will oversee the design and execution of outstanding catering experiences tailored to corporate clients.

**About the Role**

As the Director of Catering Services, you will take full ownership of designing and managing catering operations that meet the unique needs of corporate clients. From concept development to implementation, you’ll oversee a repertoire of services, including:

- Cafés and canteens
- Conference & meeting facilities
- Corporate events and functions
- Barista services
- You’ll also manage the outsourcing of select in-house services to trusted third-party providers, ensuring quality and efficiency at every level.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Establish and implement catering services from initial concept through to execution after contract signing.

Oversee operations, staffing levels, and budgets to ensure seamless delivery.

Develop a wide range of catering solutions, from daily services to high-profile corporate events.

Collaborate closely with the client’s management team to align services with their expectations and standards.

Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors for outsourced services.

**About You**:

- Extensive experience in managing diverse corporate catering operations.
- A track record of setting up catering services from the ground up.
- Strong skills in budget management, operational oversight, and team leadership.
- Expertise in outsourcing and managing third-party service providers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with clients and management teams.
