**NDIS Support Worker - Interest in 3D Printing & Robotics (with ADHD Support Focus)Location**: Aubin Grove, Western Australia

**Employment Type**: Casual / Part-Time

**About the Role**:We are seeking an enthusiastic, patient, and tech-savvy **Support Worker** to assist an NDIS participant with an **ADHD diagnosis** who has a strong interest in **3D printing, robotics, and technology**.The role involves a combination of practical daily support, skill-building, and encouragement towards training or education pathways in the participant’s areas of interest.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with **daily living activities** (household organisation, personal tasks).
- Support attendance at **medical and other essential appointments**.
- Help the participant **plan and pursue pathways in 3D printing/robotics** — including exploring courses, workshops, or training opportunities.
- Foster skills in **time management, task planning, and focus support** tailored to ADHD needs.
- Encourage and supervise **safe, purposeful use of technology** (3D printers, basic robotics kits, etc.).
- Promote social and community participation where relevant.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in **disability support, youth work, or mental health support** preferred (NDIS experience desirable but not essential).
- A strong **interest in 3D printing, robotics, engineering, or technology** (students in related fields are encouraged to apply).
- Understanding or lived experience with **ADHD or neurodivergence support** highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills, patience, and motivation to mentor and build skills.
- Ability to encourage education or vocational pathways — TAFE courses, workshops, online learning, etc.
- Current **NDIS Worker Screening Check**, valid Driver’s Licence, First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain).
