Due to the continued success of our Asia Pacific operations, we are looking for an experienced **3D Visualisation Specialist** to join our innovative Brisbane offices and be an integral part of our National team.

Our integrated service combines not only Visualisation, but a full suite of Digital solutions including Software Development, Data Analytics, GIS, Digital Engineering, and Cloud Technologies to deliver information and efficiency that supports decision-making, time and cost savings, and improved community outcomes.

As our **3D Visualisation Specialist,**you will be an integral member of the division, tasked with using your creative talent towards delivering unique and innovative 3D modelling, interactive and Virtual Reality solutions for our clients within major infrastructure projects across Australia, and with renowned specialists in the fields of engineering, climate change and resilience, urban and regional planning and more.

You will also be working with a range of government and commercial clients to bring to life critical designs that help keep our world moving

**A typical day would look like (but not be limited to)**:

- Work on developing Visualisation design concepts in collaboration with engineering teams and clients to clearly communicate diverse range of projects and outputs (photomontages, still images, animation, VR, etc.)
- Create 3D assets and scenes using Autodesk 3ds Max, Adobe suite, and industry-standard rendering software to enable real-world-scale construction design review as well as operational walk-throughs and community consultation (e.g. environmental impacts, safety requirements, design validation, optioneering, etc.)
- Use Unreal Engine to build detailed environments as well as create and edit game systems and editor tools.
- Drive yourself to learn and grow by keeping ahead of the latest developments and technologies.

**What we'll love about you**

You’re passionate about creating polished and visually engaging assets You also bring the following:

- Relevant and extensive experience in 3D/visual effects including high quality animation or interactive material.
- Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and 3ds Studio Max.
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine development and programming/Blueprints.
- Knowledge of programming/Blueprint fundamentals in the context of Unreal Engine development.
- Knowledge of real-time asset creation (and modelling requirements), lighting, post process, materials & functions, rendering & optimisation pipelines.
- Previous experience (or an interest) in the Engineering, Construction or Environmental sector is a plus.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS and Digital Engineering tools (including Navisworks and Revit).
- Ability to juggle with multiple client engagement and requests.
- A positive can-do attitude and passion for learning
- Comfortable with presenting your ideas/solutions
- Exhibit excellent time management skills with the ability to work autonomously or within a team environment whilst working on concurrent projects.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with an eye for detail.
