**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As our go-to expert for Workday support, you’ll:

- Be the first point of contact for Workday-related queries, providing timely and friendly support to employees.
- Troubleshoot issues, guide users through processes, and escalate complex problems when needed.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other teams to ensure smooth system operations and continuous improvement.
- Maintain data integrity and assist with reporting, audits, and system updates.

**What You Bring**:

- Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms (bonus points for Workday certification).
- A knack for customer service and clear communication.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay cool under pressure.
