We are looking for a **Creative Designer** to join our Marketing team. Bring your ideas—the wilder and the crazier, the better — and establish Flo as the go-to renewable energy retailer in the region.

**About Flo**:
Hi, we’re Flo, and we are on a mission to switch as many people and businesses as possible to clean, renewable energy.

We do that by making clean energy as cheap as conventional energy, investing in smart technology to reduce our operating costs and passing the savings to our members. And yes, it's not impossible.

We are pushing boundaries and breaking conventions of the traditional electricity retailer. To do so, we are looking for like-minded people who share our passion for technology and sustainability. You might be the one we are looking for

**What you will be doing**:
- Develop visually appealing collaterals and visualisations to convey complex information effectively
- Ensure brand consistency by adhering to the Flo brand guideline in all design collaterals
- Plan, develop, and deliver assets for marketing campaigns, ranging from printed materials (e.g. OOH, brochures, event collaterals) to digital assets (banners, social posts, etc)
- Collaborate with other Marketing team members to manage external communications vendors (e.g. photographers, videographers, agencies, etc)
- Assist in content creation for blog, social media, and website pages
- Support marketing & acquisition activities by finessing presentation decks & updating existing business collaterals
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, innovations, and industry best practices
- Manage any other ad-hoc design projects-
- A strong design portfolio demonstrating past projects and achievements
- At least four (4) years of experience in production and design roles, preferably with a mix of in-house and agency experience
- Solid understanding of brand communications and marketing strategy
- Experience and knowledge of print production and digital publishing best practices
- Proficiency with Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, and/or other digital design software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and create excitement through value addition
- Ability to excel independently with a strong sense of ownership
- Meticulous attention to detail across all aspects of design (e.g. layout, typography, photography, etc)
- Interest in renewable energy
- Extra points if you:_- Are experienced in AI image generation
- Are experienced in video content production
