Cluster Manager

**THE ROLE**

Are you ready to **WOW **our customers by leading a cluster of Nutrition Warehouse stores? People are at the heart of what we do: your key mission as a Cluster Manager is to help our customers achieve their health and fitness goals by ensuring an exceptional customer experience every single time.

As a Cluster Manager you are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your designated cluster of 4 stores, making sure the cluster runs smoothly and effectively, together with growing sales and developing the team within your own store.

Driven by sales targets and KPIs, you will coach, mentor and motivate your team within your cluster to exceed performance targets, while building the Nutrition Warehouse brand and partnerships in your area (and yes, we have some awesome cash rewards for kicking those goals)

Reporting to the Area Performance Coach (APC), this role is a great opportunity to learn and develop from your APC whilst being empowered to take ownership of your cluster.

- A demonstrated passion for health and fitness
- A genuine love for people and providing a customer experience that **WOWs**:

- Exceptional sales experience and a knowledge of fundamental sales techniques
- Experience in retail leadership, previously coaching and developing a sales team
- A high level of communication skills and an ability to build relationships quickly
- Strong business acumen, understanding the impact of budgets, targets and KPIs
