**The role**:
**Snooze Canberra **is seeking the services of a **Warehouse Assistant **on a** casual **basis.

Main responsibilities include heavy lifting and moving of mattresses and bedroom furniture with the possibility of assembling items in the customer's house. Picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks as well as moving items around the warehouse and showroom as required.

**You already come with the following**:

- Necessary fitness and ability to perform safe manual handling tasks with awkward and heavy loads.
- Enjoy manual labour and have a can-do attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, customer service and communication skills.
- A positive attitude, presentable and professional and enjoy helping customers.
- Must be an enthusiastic team player and can contribute to a small team environment.

**We are looking for**:

- Previous warehouse experience (preferably in the bedding or furniture industry).
- Auto drivers licence
