**Full-Time position - 2 week rotating roster including alternate Saturday**

**Part-Time Position - Minimum 3 days per week, including every Monday & Saturday**

**About the role**

dollar curtains + blinds are seeking Full-Time & Part-Time Interior Consultants to join our team. As Interior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and generating sales for our range of window furnishings, both on-the-road in customers homes and instore.

**Responsibilities**
- Attend to in-home measure & quote consultations; consulting with customers on products they're after and quoting on site.
- Guide customers through the sales process, offering expert advice and product knowledge.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with our installation team to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process for our customers.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to better serve our customers.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the home décor or related industry however not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work full days Monday - Friday 9:00- 5:30 and Saturday 9:00 - 5:00
- Valid driver’s license (full license)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Enabling positivity in the tougher customer conversations
- Passion for Interior Design

Company provided vehicle for use for all in-house measure and quote requirements.

You will have the opportunity to work with a supportive and dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of dollar curtains + blinds.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
