**Safety Business Partner (WH&S)**
Permanent Full Time - 35 hours, 5 days per week
**Salary**:Grade 15 - $92,326.68 to $101,166.44
**ABOUT THE ROLE.**
The main objectives of the role will be to partner with the organisation to enhance strategically aligned projects with a focus on developing and implementing safety programs and initiatives that drives culture, visible leadership, risk management and performance.
The position will be required to build partnerships across the organisation and provide practical safety management advice and guidance. You will be responsible for the implementation of new practices, policies, and procedures to manage the risk of work, health & safety.

**ABOUT YOU.**
To be successful in the role, you will be required to demonstrate advanced skills and experience relevant to this role. Such as:
- Tertiary qualifications in Work Health and Safety or a related discipline.
- Return To Work Coordination training, or willingness to complete within three (3) months.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or a willingness to obtain within three (3) months.
- Current NSW Class C Driver’s Licence
- Superior written and oral communication skills, combined with a capacity to build and maintain relationships consistent with the requirements and expectations of the position.
- An ability to prioritise tasks, work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience implementing a range of proactive safety and wellness initiatives that empower stakeholders to prevent and resolve safety issues.
