The Langham, Gold Coast has an opportunity for a service focused and energetic **Pool Attendants **to join our team to support our leisure guests and create memorable experiences in our resort atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**
As our Pool Attendants you will be responsible for providing customer service and prompt delivery of items and amenities, to create a luxury pool experience including maintaining the security of our pool operations for our Hotel Guests and Residents.

As Pool Attendants you will consistently display a strong focus on personalised service, brand standards and maintaining the organization and tidiness around our Resort Pool. In this role you will check guest’s status, deliver pool towels, take and deliver food and beverage orders and upsell items.

In this busy and dynamic role, you will support other departments to ensure a luxury resort atmosphere, and to ensure The Property meets our Brand Standards and pursues service excellence.

Our Pool Attendants will have experience in guest and customer service, enjoy the great outdoors and love delivering memorable guests experiences
