**Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk & Assurance Advisor to join their Risk & Regulatory team.**

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for providing advice and support in improving their risk management, governance, business processes, and controls to provide confidence that their risks and opportunities are being appropriately managed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert advice and recommendations to the ELT and divisional leaders on risk management strategies.
- Support the set-up, enhancement, and execution of internal audits, enterprise risk management programs, business continuity, and crisis management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring integrated, cross-functional knowledge and skill sets.
- Develop risk and control frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Monitor the effectiveness of risk management programs and report on progress to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Risk Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or CIA are a plus.
