We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Shop Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Rostering: Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Orders & Stock take: Place orders, oversee inventory and stock management. - Shop Management: Ensure the overall operation and aesthetic of the shop are maintained to high standards.
- Training Staff: Training new staff members and provide ongoing support to the team.
- Procedures: Ensure all operational procedures are followed to guarantee quality and efficiency.
- Coffee Making: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Work alongside and support team members to foster a cooperative environment.
- Others

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills
- Barista and coffee experience needed
- Previous experience in hospitality is a must
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to work on your feet for long periods
