**Your Role (Fundraisers)**:

- Approach, engage, and build rapport with the public.
- Inspire regular financial support for vital causes (minimum two-year commitment).
- Clearly communicate charity impact and urgency.
- Physically active role (standing 2-3 hours at a time).

**Earnings**:

- **Base Salary**: $70,707 p.a. (inc. super)
- **Realistic OTE**: $85,000+ p.a. (uncapped)

**Ideal for You if You Have**:

- Minimum 3 months experience in face-to-face fundraising, sales, or similar direct engagement.
- Confidence to proactively start meaningful conversations.
- Resilience (you will bounce back and allow rejection to slide past you), empathy, and passion for making a difference.

**Leadership Opportunities**:

- **Local Manager**: Base $80,808 p.a. | OTE $109K+
- Lead and coach a small team.
- 6+ months experience preferred.
- **Regional Manager**: Base $90,101 p.a. | OTE $132K+
- Strategic leadership of multiple teams.
- 12+ months experience preferred.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
