We’re seeking passionate individuals to join our **fantastic team** as Face-to-Face Fundraisers, fundraising on behalf of the Royal Flying Doctor Service Victoria. This role is an incredible opportunity to make a positive impact, learn valuable skills, and grow alongside a team that feels like family. You’ll engage with the public to raise awareness and ongoing donations on behalf of an iconic Australian charity that saves lives, all while working in an environment that values integrity, collaboration, and personal growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with members of the public in various locations to share the mission and impact of the charity.
- Build relationships with potential donors, inspiring ongoing support for the cause.
- Communicate with transparency, accuracy, and passion, reflecting our commitment to **ethical fundraising**.
- Uphold ethical standards and fundraising regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- A genuine passion for ethical fundraising and making a difference.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to grow.
- Team-oriented with a desire to contribute to our tight-knit group.
- Previous fundraising or sales experience is a plus, but not required—we’re here to help you succeed.
