Overnight Kitchen Steward

**About the role**

Phoenix Hospitality Group in Burleigh Heads, Queensland is seeking experienced Overnight Kitchen Stewards to join their dynamic team. This full-time or Part-Time role will see you working in a vibrant kitchen environment, supporting the culinary team and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly.

**What you'll be doing**
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen by washing, drying and storing all kitchen equipment, utensils and crockery
- Assisting the kitchen team with food preparation tasks as required
- Restocking kitchen supplies and ingredients
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Providing excellent customer service to all kitchen staff
- Undertaking any other duties as required to support the smooth running of the kitchen

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward or similar role in a high-volume hospitality environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
