We’re looking for a **full-time Café Supervisor** with **1-2 years of experience** to help lead our team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. **What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Venue Operations & Customer Experience**
- Oversee daily café operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain high service standards, creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
- Support the team with **coffee-making, service, and general café duties.**:

- Manage table turnover, service flow, and venue presentation for efficiency.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues proactively.

**Team Leadership & Training**
- Lead by example, motivating and mentoring front-of-house staff.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Assist with staff scheduling to balance labor costs and operational needs.
- Uphold training programs for **coffee-making, POS usage, and workflow efficiency.**

**Stock & Financial Management**
- Assist with daily cash-ups and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Monitor stock levels for front-of-house supplies and ensure smooth ordering.
- Help track sales performance and implement strategies to boost revenue.

**Compliance & Reporting**
- Ensure all staff follow **health, safety, and hygiene regulations.**:

- Support compliance with liquor licensing (where applicable) and food safety.
- Report venue performance and operational challenges to senior management.

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ **1-2 years of experience** in a café, hospitality, or supervisory role.
✔ Strong **barista skills** - must know how to use and maintain a coffee machine.
✔ A hands-on leader who **thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.**
✔ Great communication skills and the ability to **motivate and lead a team.**
