**The Role**

The successful applicant must have a strong desire to provide high quality care as well as attention to detail. This role is a senior management role within the centre where mentoring and coaching your team occurs every day. You will support the Centre Director in the running of the centre as well as supporting your team. Suitable applicants must be able to meet the following criteria:

- Hold a minimum of Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience as a room leader/educational leader
- Administration experience in Early Childhood
- Identify areas of improvement within centre operations
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Above all be passionate about living a healthy lifestyle as this is imperative to be a role model for the children in our care
- Current Blue Card

**The Centre**

**Glasshouse Early Education Centre **islocated on the main road just 450m from the Glasshouse Mountains State School. Our Centre opened in October 2006 and caters for 151 children aged from birth to 5 years. We offer a huge range of high quality programs for our children such as swimming lessons, music and movement and language opportunities.

Our centres offer a range of services to our families such as beach, bush and farm kindy, swimming and Healthy Bodies Programs.
