**The Role**:
If you are a motivated self-starter, have D365 development experience and are looking for an exciting role that provides great career pathways then this is the role for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate and maintain quality documentation
- Maintain sound ticket hygiene
- Undertake resolution of bugs and incidents
- Be responsible for coding, unit testing and creating supporting documentation for Microsoft Dynamics based solutions
- Design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform based solutions
- Develop, configure, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs
- Develop reporting and integrations as part of the solution
- Provide technical analysis, resolution and troubleshooting of solutions provided to the customers
- Gain understanding of customer’s needs and collaborates with other team members to complete design and testing documentation
- Provide technical input in creating functional specifications when customizations or extensions to Microsoft Dynamics solutions are needed
- Assist with internal projects as required
- Provide end user training
- Manage and meet customer expectations
- Initiate activities related to continuous improvement.

**Mandatory Technical Requirements**:

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset
- Demonstrable technical understanding of D365
- D365 Solution Architect with experience using:

- Dynamics CE.
- Field Service.
- Resource Schedule Optimisation
- Experience with Azure DevOps pipeline deployments
- Experience leading development teams of 5-10+ consultants
- Power Platform including Power Automate, Power BI
- Portal experience an advantage
- Demonstrated hands-on development experience and is comfortable to still be 'on the tools'.

**Behavioural Requirements**:

- Must be an Australian Citizen with a minimum of an active Baseline clearance or the ability to obtain a Baseline clearance
- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences

- Ability to effectively recognise and adapt to change.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
