ABOUT THE ROLES
G4S offers a variety of administrative roles that provide vital support to our operations across various departments such as Offender Services, Contract Governance, OH&S, Government Functions, Operations. These roles involve a blend of general administrative tasks and specialised functions tailored to the specific department. Daily duties may include:

- Maintaining databases and records
- Preparing reports and correspondence
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing data analysis and trend analysis support
- Assisting with policies and procedures and maintaining professional documentation
- Maintaining and recording documentation related to correctional services
- Working across multiple data points, to complete time sensitive tasks

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and security
- Demonstrated administrative experience in a dynamic industry
- Experience in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships

In June 2024, the Victorian Government announced the closure of Port Phillip Prison effective 31 December 2025.
