**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Managing the day to day customer care including taking customer calls.
- Monitoring and managing customer care on our social media channels.
- Assisting with order processing during busy periods.
- Processing customer returns.
- Assisting with the processing of incoming stock.
- Assisting with weekly online collection merchandising.
- Maintain and update inventory records.
- Ability to undertake accurate stocktaking.

**To be Successful, you will have**:

- At least 1 year prior experience in eCommerce or fashion retail.
- Be able to perform repetitive picking & packing.
- Good computer skills. Experience with Shopify and AusPost considered a plus.
- Have a great memory for products styles/names.
- A team player who is willing to pitch in outside of the scope of their role when required.
- Flexible and professional approach to work.
- An ability to remain calm and to work fast during peak trading times.
- Has the ability to follow directions and processes to company standards.

**Additional Information**:

- Must be available Monday to Friday
- We are closed weekends.
- The office is located in Indooroopilly, Brisbane.
- The position is 38hrs per week
- There are 3 dogs in the office.
- This role can be offered at reduced hours as a permanent part time position if more flexibility is needed by the applicant.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
