**What You’ll Do**

**As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our workshop team. Your key responsibilities will include**:

- **Welcoming customers warmly and understanding their service needs.**:

- **Providing clear and accurate service estimates.**:

- **Managing bookings and workshop schedules for optimal efficiency.**:

- **Keeping customers informed about the progress of their vehicle and ensuring their satisfaction.**:
