**The Role**:
Our client is looking for an experienced Handyman - Maintenance Officer to provide professional and superior customer service to all tenants.

**This role includes but is not limited to the following specific roles**:

- Provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer service to all tenants through positive interaction with all customers
- Investigate tenant’s concerns
- Ensuring the uniform is always clean and in good condition
- Ensure that the buildings and surrounds are rubbish and waste free
- Ensure all sites are always presented at their best. This will include the use of cleaning equipment when required
- Use initiative and decision making to ensure the smooth operations of the buildings and precinct
- Attend to minor maintenance works (within their skill level)
- Maintain clear and concise communication with the management and other team members at all times
- Attending regular meetings with other internal stakeholders

**Core Business Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm**

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in a similar role
- Driver’s license
- Can do attitude
- As a part of this role, you will be required to pass a security clearance and pre-employment medical assessment._
