**Who are we?**
We are the market leaders in frozen yogurt. Yo-Chi offers an experience like no other; a premium and delicious product in fantastically inviting spaces with a friendly and welcoming team, which puts the customer in control.

We doubled in size in 2021 and again in 2022, we are growing rapidly which means opportunities for upskill and promotion are everywhere for those who grab them. Lead by a team, with a wealth of experience and knowledge in the retail and hospitality industries, striving to continue strong success - whilst growing and supporting our venue leaders.

To be a Chi Venue Leader, we look for people who love their customers, are communicative leaders and contribute to a fun and supportive team environment. Here's what we're seeking:

- Ownership: Take control of the entire venue, driving success with optional KPIs.
- Financial Understanding: Manage finances with precision, from rostering, COGs and stocktake.
- People Skills: Build and motivate teams, ensuring compliance and stellar performance.
- Dynamic Leadership: Dive in, lead by example, and inspire greatness.
- Positive Vibes: Bring loyalty, approachability, and openness to feedback.
