**The Opportunity |**
We are looking for multiple Legal Secretaries/ Personal Assistants to join our Sydney Firm (Practice Areas - Litigation, Health, Property, Corporate & Commercial, Banking & Finance).
**About the Role |**
As a Legal Secretary, you will be able to develop your skills and continue to learn whilst working alongside well-respected Partners, Senior Associates and Lawyers.
Some of your responsibilities will include;
Specific accountabilities for this role include:

- assisting partners and other allocated legal staff;
- opening and closing files;
- recording court orders and information in our litigation management system;
- preparation of correspondence;
- assisting Partners with practice management;
- monthly billing; and
- general administration duties including; filing, photocopying, and scanning.

**About You |**
- 2+ years' experience (desirable, not mandatory)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team
- Strong time management and organisation skills, including ability to manage conflicting deadlines
- Experience using Aderant is highly desirable but not essential
- Able to work FULL TIME
