- Be an Australian citizen
- Be eligible to obtain an AGSVA Baseline security clearance or already have AGSVA Baseline security clearance

**_Required Professional and Technical Expertise:_**
- You must have demonstrable, minimum 5 years in testing experience with multiple SAP testing projects evident.
- Must have at least 2 years' experience working for a large organisation in a complex environment with a medium to large team.
- Strong hands-on experience in Microfocus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- MS Teams experience

**Key Responsibilities**
- Project/Program-initiated: Develop test cases against the requirements and plans for their execution within the timelines specified by the initiatives.
- Assist Test manager with test effort estimates in accordance with the amount of project delivery information available.
- Participate in formal review of key project artefacts being delivered in accordance with project methodology.
- Prepare test cases and identify/create test data, as required.
- Undertake and facilitate peer review of testing deliverables.
- Facilitate SME review (e.g., Functional analysts/Solution designers/CoA key users) of test cases.
- Undertake formal review and/or peer review of own and other testing resources artefacts including test cases.
- Provide instruction and guidance to Testing personnel to achieve goals and provide feedback on quality of their work
- Communication with project team and test analysts
- Seek opportunities for automation integration and testing to introduce efficiencies and quality gains across the systems
- Raise defects/issues and provide an implementation plan for their resolution by anticipating similar issues in the future and making proactive activities based on current environment and stakeholder needs
- Recommend and implement changes to overall testing approach

- Familiarity with testing type and techniques such as requirements testing, functional testing, regression testing, risk-based testing, data integrity testing, API testing, negative testing, string testing, production verification testing, comparative testing.
- The ability to understand and assimilate different points of view.
- A strong desire to work with people in a team-focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of testing cycles, test tools and defect tracking processes.
- Be able to prepare test environment specifications, test cases and test plans as needed.
- Natural leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative culture.
- The willingness to take ownership of challenging tasks, even beyond your initial scope of responsibility.
- The flexibility to travel to client locations.
