**About us**:
Beleza School Uniforms is an Australian family owned and operated business based in the South East suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria. For over 35 years, we have supplied School uniforms to Public and Private schools ranging from Pre-School to Year 12 across Victoria and the east coast of Australia. **About the Role**:
We are currently looking for a part-time Retail Assistant to join the retail team primarily based in our retail store in Ballarat. Minimum 16 hours on a regular week, however this can vary during peak seasons, school holidays and covering leave for other team members.

Key responsibilities/duties would include (but may not be limited to):

- Opening and closing of the store(s)
- Processing of transactions using POS software and payment terminals.
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Processing deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and storage areas
- Maintaining oversight of inventory levels and ordering stock as required
- Replenishing stock and displays and other general store duties

**About You: Skills, qualities, qualifications, and experience**
- Have access to their own transport with flexibility to travel to nearby stores to provide cover where required
- Experience in retail and/or customer service is highly regarded
- Ability to communicate with others in a professional and friendly manner in both verbal and written formats
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to take/follow instructions but also take suitable initiatives at times
- Well organised and great time management skills
- Neat and professional presentation with strong attention to detail
- Has a friendly personality with a can-do attitude
- Right to work in Australia
- Current Working with Children Check is highly regarded
- Occasional flexibility in changing working days/hours across 6 days (Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm) during the year

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
