Christmas Casual Retail Assistants Needed
We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Christmas Casual Retail Assistants to join our vibrant Op Shop’s in December 2025 until the end of January 2026 – our busiest (and most exciting) time of year.

- Work close to home in Bayside or the Mornington Peninsula
- Feel-good retail– every sale supports life-changing community programs
Christmas Casuals – Retail Assistant roles available across our Bayside and Mornington Peninsula Stores.
- Delivering top-notch customer service with a smile
- Creating eye-catching displays and keeping the store looking fab
- Supporting and guiding our amazing volunteers
- Helping with store events, promos, and VIP nights
- Opening and closing the store when needed
Our Ideal Candidate
- A people-person with a positive, can-do attitude
- Retail experience (especially in fashion or homewares) is a bonus – but not essential
- A team player who’s flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in
- 17+ years old with availability to work in December and January*
- Passionate about sustainability, community, and second-hand style
*Successful applicant needs to be able to work independently and, on occasion, manage the store on their own when required
