**About the Opportunity**

We are currently seeking **enthusiastic Educators** to join our team at **Greystanes Uniting Church OSHC (Tigers)**

The successful applicants will be employed on a** casual basis**

When busy and working families need more time outside of school hours, **Greystanes Uniting Church Before and After School Care (Tigers)** provide engaging programs that are fun, safe and rewarding for students from kindergarten to Year 6, with a wide and diverse range of creative and recreational activities that are tailored to your child’s unique interests, personality and abilities.

**What you’ll be doing in this role**

As an Educator, you’ll provide quality education and care to children to help support and facilitate their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework

**Your work may include**:

- Developing positive relationships that support children, their families and community.
- Facilitating play-based learning environments that are responsive to children’s interest, strengths, and abilities.
- Documenting children’s learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes

**Who we’re looking for**
- Previous experience working in an OSHC service (preferred)
- Be passionate about working with children of all ages.
- A work history that demonstrates, programming, writing learning stories and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework (National Standard)
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with children, colleagues, families and community members
