Currently Hilltop Childcare is on the search for a team of new educators and early childhood teachers to add value, passion and meaning to each child's day and learning journey while in our care.

- Have a sound understand of the NQF, EYLF, rights of the child, child safe standards and are eager to participate in our training and development sessions provided at no cost for all educators
- Help deliver a high-quality cycle of planning, curriculum and outcomes for each child in your room
- Create a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment
- Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
- Can work 5 days a week, Monday - Friday - 8 hours a day on a rotating roster between 7 am - 6 pm
- **Qualifications & Experience**_
- Cert III, Diploma or ECT Qualification, (or ACECQA Approved), in Early Childhood Education
- Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Current approved First Aid Certificate & Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Understanding of Child Protection legislation and holds an approved and current Child Protection Training qualification or willingness to obtain

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Work Location: In person
